Sign in to Profitroom Suite and to Room Profit

Two different logins can be involved once you buy a Room Profit module: your Profitroom Suite account (where the hotel operations happen) and your Room Profit dashboard (where the module settings live). This page covers both.

Signing in to Profitroom Suite

Profitroom Suite is the property management and distribution suite from Profitroom sp. z o.o.. Your login lives on the Profitroom side — Room Profit does not host or replace it. From your Profitroom account you have access to the PMS grid, Rate Manager, Distribution channels, Reputation inbox, and the Guest CRM depending on which modules you subscribed to.

To sign in you visit the Profitroom login page issued by your Profitroom account manager during onboarding. It is usually a subdomain like central.profitroom.com or a partner subdomain your integrator gave you. Use the email you registered with Profitroom and the password you set at the time. If you enabled two-factor authentication, you approve the login attempt in your authenticator app.

Forgot the Profitroom password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the Profitroom login page. Profitroom will send a reset link to the email on file. If the email address you registered with is no longer valid, contact your Profitroom account manager or open a support ticket with Profitroom directly — Room Profit cannot recover Profitroom credentials because we do not store them.

Two-factor and single sign-on

Profitroom supports two-factor authentication for individual accounts and single sign-on for enterprise portfolios. If your hotel group uses Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace SSO, your Profitroom administrator can bind Profitroom Suite to the identity provider. Once bound, the same corporate credentials get you into Profitroom.

Session and browser tips

Profitroom Suite sessions typically expire after 8 hours of inactivity. If the session drops in the middle of an operation, refresh the page and sign in again. Clear cookies for the Profitroom domain if the login gets stuck. Modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are supported; Internet Explorer is not.

  • Profitroom API key rotation

Signing in to the Room Profit dashboard

After your invoice is paid we send an activation email to the primary contact. That email contains a magic link that opens the Room Profit dashboard and sets a password on first use. Bookmark the dashboard URL — it lives on the Room Profit side and is where you toggle modules on and off, edit Autopricer rules, manage WhatsApp templates, and rotate your Profitroom API key when your security team requires it.

Password reset

From the Room Profit sign-in page click "Forgot password". We send a reset link to the email registered on the account. The link is valid for two hours. If it expires request a new one — expired links cannot be reused for security reasons.

Adding more team members

An account owner can invite additional users from Settings → Team. Each invited user gets a link to set their own password. You can assign one of three roles: Owner (full access), Manager (all settings but no billing), or Viewer (read-only). Roles are enforced across all module dashboards.

Single sign-on for the Room Profit dashboard

Room Profit Pro and Group plans support SAML 2.0 single sign-on. Contact support@profit.dapokl.com with your identity provider details and we ship the IdP metadata within two business days. Once SSO is enabled, users sign in with corporate credentials and Room Profit does not store the password at all.

Where the Profitroom API key lives

Inside the Room Profit dashboard, Settings → Integrations shows the connection to your Profitroom Suite account. There you can rotate the API key (paste a new value generated from Profitroom), disconnect the account, or connect a second property. Room Profit stores the key encrypted at rest and only decrypts it at the moment of an API call.

Common issues at sign-in

Profitroom says "invalid credentials" — did Room Profit change my password?
No. Room Profit does not have access to Profitroom credentials. The most common causes are a typo, a caps-lock issue, or a recent password rotation on the Profitroom side. Use the "Forgot password" flow on the Profitroom login page.
Room Profit dashboard says "session expired" — is my subscription cancelled?
Not necessarily. Our dashboard signs users out after 12 hours of inactivity. Signing back in with the same email and password should be enough. If it doesn't work, your subscription status is visible on the invoice thread we send monthly.
I lost access to the email on my Profitroom account.
Contact your Profitroom account manager directly. They can help transfer ownership of the Profitroom account to a new email after identity verification. Room Profit cannot help on this because we do not host Profitroom.
Can I use the same login for Profitroom and for Room Profit?
Only if your organisation uses SSO on both sides. Otherwise Profitroom and Room Profit are two independent systems with two independent credential stores. This is by design — it keeps the security boundary clean.

If you don't have a Room Profit account it is because you haven't ordered a module yet.
