We're hiring in Poland

Small, bootstrapped, profitable. Four open roles as of July 2026 — one onboarding, two engineering, one account management. Every role is on a Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę), 26 days of paid holiday, private healthcare via Medicover, and a MacBook Pro or ThinkPad depending on your preference.

Room Profit team at the Warsaw office

Onboarding Specialist — Warsaw

Full-time, Warsaw office, hybrid (3 days in-office). You'll be the human face of every new customer for their first 30 days — running two onboarding calls, doing an ops audit of their Profitroom setup, and being the go-to for support questions until they hand off to the account manager. Reports to the Head of Onboarding.

Responsibilities: onboarding calls, Profitroom configuration reviews, first-30-day support, module rule-set tuning with the customer's revenue manager, documentation of common questions back into internal playbooks.

Requirements: 3+ years in hotel operations or hotel revenue management; native Polish, professional English; comfortable with Profitroom Suite or a similar CRS; strong written communication.

Compensation: 12,000–16,000 PLN gross monthly + quarterly bonus tied to onboarding NPS.

How to apply: email careers@profit.dapokl.com with the subject "Onboarding Specialist — [your name]", a CV (PDF), and a paragraph about a hotel operations problem you fixed in the last year.

Backend Engineer — remote in Poland

Full-time, remote from anywhere in Poland (with quarterly on-sites in Warsaw). You'll join the platform team (four engineers today) working on the shared services under our 10 modules: the Profitroom connector, the reservations sync, the webhook delivery layer, and the KSeF integration. Node.js + TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS Frankfurt.

Responsibilities: design and ship features across the platform layer; own reliability of at least one shared service; participate in on-call rotation (one week in six).

Requirements: 5+ years in production backend engineering; strong TypeScript or Go; comfortable with distributed-system failure modes; native Polish, professional English.

Compensation: 18,000–26,000 PLN gross monthly (umowa o pracę) or the B2B equivalent. Employee share pool.

How to apply: email careers@profit.dapokl.com with the subject "Backend — [your name]", CV (PDF), and a link to code you're proud of.

Frontend Engineer — Warsaw hybrid

Full-time, Warsaw office, hybrid (2 days in-office). You'll join the dashboard team — the customer-facing web app where hoteliers configure their modules, approve Autopricer suggestions, and manage WhatsApp templates. React + TypeScript, no design system baggage, we ship every week.

Responsibilities: build features end-to-end from Figma to production; participate in customer support rotation (2 hours/week reading real tickets); pair with the designer on new module UIs.

Requirements: 4+ years in production React; solid accessibility instincts; native Polish, professional English; comfort with Figma-to-code without a hand-off matrix.

Compensation: 16,000–22,000 PLN gross monthly + employee share pool.

How to apply: email careers@profit.dapokl.com with the subject "Frontend — [your name]", CV, and a link to a portfolio or public work.

Account Manager — Central Europe

Full-time, Warsaw hybrid (2 days in-office), some travel across CEE. You'll own the ongoing relationship with 40–60 customer accounts — quarterly business reviews, expansion into new modules, retention. Reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities: QBRs with customer revenue managers and GMs, cross-sell of adjacent modules, contract renewals, escalation ownership.

Requirements: 4+ years in B2B SaaS account management or hotel-tech sales; hospitality-industry background strongly preferred; native Polish, professional English; ability to travel roughly one week per month across CEE.

Compensation: 14,000–20,000 PLN gross monthly base + variable tied to net retention.

How to apply: email careers@profit.dapokl.com with the subject "Account Manager — [your name]", CV, and a paragraph on how you'd expand a 50-account book.
