What this module does

Guest CRM extension integrates with your Profitroom Suite account via the official Profitroom API. Guest profiles from Profitroom become the source of truth — the extension adds segmentation (repeat guests, high spenders, birthday-this-month, at-risk), loyalty tiers with points, and email/WhatsApp automations. Sends can be triggered from the CRM or on a schedule. Consent tracking is GDPR-first and compatible with the Polish DPA 2018. Works on top of Profitroom Suite, does not replace Profitroom Guest Communications — profiles remain in Profitroom, this is a layer above.
